class seems easy so far....there is a seating chart....so don't sit in the desk. He will assign you a seat if possible. I am in the 805-855am section. See ya then.

Hes redone the assigned seats each class so far so it might not matter where you sit... atleast for the 9:10 class. I haven't really taken many notes yet. As long as you've heard of the renaissance before and know what a city-state is then theres not really been any new material. Alot of the class has been explaining how historians work. It feels like a slow pace, but I guess thats expected with an intro class.


Does he cover the lights with frabric before class and hang up the lambs himself? Or is that just the way the room is lighted. I know he said he spends time in their in the morning preparing the room. He gave out a 10 or so page spelling list too... with words like Mary and Elizabeth.

Theirs also a history book for ancient history that I've used in some classes whose authors name is Dunstan... I wonder if its the same one?

heh...dunstan is a funny guy. Lotsa notes to take. But its a very easy class. Lots to memorize before the test..but if ur good at memorizin stuff then u've got urself an A. He does give 1 point extra credit for attending review sessions.
