I have spybot, but I dont think it is getting everything. when I click on any link in google, it re-directs me to some weird page. Any ideas on what other programs are good?

MS Antispyware, if not only for it's automatic background scanning and daily/weekly definition updating. After installing, you barely even notice it's there

I use MS Antispyware and Adaware - MSA is my primary program, but I scan with AA about twice a week to be sure that MSA has not missed anything.

Spybot + Adaware + HijackThis!= $profit.


But the best single program is Webroot Spysweeper.

That's another powerful combo.


It's not as user friendly though. Autoruns is an awesome program, but isn't meant for people who don't know what they're doing. The combo I just listed is pretty much idiot proof.
