did anyone see this thing in 2002 in the news for the tokyo auto salon? I've never seen it before tonight. Suzuki basically pulled a lotus 7 and then put 3/4 panoz esperante GT1 styling on it. gorgeous. I bet its hilarious to drive, like a roofed caterham or westfield or something...

GOD DAMN!

I completely missed that... I don't know how! That thing is gorgeous, and I bet it can beat the crap out of ANYTHING on the road today, including all the specialty cars like the Caterham, Lotus 7, etc, and all the supercars including Enzo, F1...

175 hp
1,210 lbs

They should build that thing and sell it for 20K-25K and it would sell like hotcakes!

The only thing I wish they would change is the single tailpipe in the middle

Now the question is. Does it have a reverse gear? Or do you have to put it in neutral, get out, and push it backwards?

well... in this picture

theres 1, D, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6th gear. No R that I can see. Also the specs says "Transmission: 6 speed sequential" and the busa doesnt have a reverse gear.
