Does anyone have a Pocket PC and know how to transfer songs and programs from your computer to the phone? Are there any websites to get free games and stuff too? Is there a big need for antivirus software working from Windows Mobile? Just got it and tried to use active-sync and websites to find this stuff out but cant find it anywhere

Do you have a PDA, or a PDA/phone combination?

You should be able to sync it and then explore the PDA (if it's a PocketPC). Then just copy over the music files. No idea on how to set it to use them since mine is just the PDA.
