for the buggy (propane powered 350SBC), what size should i go with? should i get as big as i can fit or....?

also, would the fan make a difference if it were push or pull style?

personally i would just go by the horsepower range modine or be cool suggests, and a puller. tends to stay drier

[Edited on January 19, 2006 at 12:41 PM. Reason : if you go too big it'l be hard to maintain consistant coolant temp]

stick with something close to stock size for a truck 350. 4 core would be nice, but not completely neccessary. for your application, the push/pull debate isn't much of an issue since you won't ever be seeing many (if any) road miles.

griffin makes some great race quality all aluminum radiators for less than $200, and they came in about 30 sizes.

summit racing can order anything they make fairly cheap, and they can even custom make them for a reasonable price

[Edited on January 19, 2006 at 9:43 PM. Reason : dirt track radiators are a little priceir, but built heavier]

yo call up my boy at Muscle Motor Sports in Huntersville NC. bought that 4 core nascar take out for 120 bucks. bitch was money. got an electric fan (15") for 35 bucks with it. plenty of cool and they all kinds of used ones that are take outs. mine is a 4 core fluidine with tanny cooler built in the bottom if you want to use it. i will be using it as a tranny cooler in the new one with an auto. with a 5 speed you could use it as a hydro cooler. call muscle and ask for Adam. Tell him i sent ya and he will help ya out.

^^^^ thats just a regular bmw radiator with aluminum tanks. nothing to brag about.

you shouldnt need a stock size truck radiator for a buggy.
