I want to learn how certain companies have used Information Technology, and hopefully how those IT changes have helped/hurt business. Anyone have any ideas where to look for this type of info?

Sorry, that was too tempting to pass up.

http://finance.yahoo.com

They have some interesting info related to gains and losses for a company's stock.

You have to dig a little but it is there. Also check companies' annual reports for technological uses.

I would strongly suggest reading their annual reports.

Use The library resources to find articles.

Use Harvard Business Review.

If possible, call up someone down the CTO's chain.
