anyone got one? i hate jeep and their gay security torx. i've tried drilling out the security thing, tried drilling out my t20 bit i have and it won't drill through it/can't keep my hand steady enough.

i dont see why you would buy a set of torx bits that are NOT tamperproof. tamperproof bits work on regular and tamperproof torx bolts, and they cost the same as regular torx bits.
by the way the whole purpose of putting all these special fasteners on certain cars is because average joe who doesnt have the right tools to work on the car probably shouldnt be fucking with it anyhow 1/27/2006 3:09:39 PM |

yea i shouldn't be fucking with it stfu. i was switching an ais sensor housing on a throttle body, and i feel VERY comfortable doing that kind of work.
