Anyone go to this?
Great show.... just got back. Can't hear shit. It was my first time seeing Farrar/Son Volt live, and I was pleasantly surprised. They did a good job of mixing in Son Volt / Uncle Tupelo / and Farrar solo stuff

I actually wasn't that bad off until the very end when they played Chickamauga. That did it in for me and I couldn't hear a thing afterwards. 1/26/2006 11:40:27 AM |

They finished with Chickamauga
I think they also played Anodyne
It was mostly stuff from "Okemah and the Melody of Riot".... he played about 3 songs from his solo CD, and a lot of stuff off of "Trace"
When he broke out the harmonica and the acoustic, I was sure he was going to play "Moonshiner" but he didn't. That's my favorite Uncle Tupelo song... by far
I was also dissapointed they didn't play "Back Into Your World", but I guess considering it was the Okemah tour, they probably never do. I'd like to hear it live, though
