More like the fact that like every other "guide" they give you a low end, medium-low end and God build.

Most gamers are going to be building between the medium and god boxes. And different people need different things. The reason I wrote my best bets in the first place was to provide a range of components across 5-6 price stratas, to allow a reader to quickly find the best quality at their specific price range with their needs met.

Ars, like most others, has a sub 1000 dollar box, a sub 2k box and a retarded 12-15k build. Other than computarbating, thats a worthless lot of type.

Plus they are still including FLOPPY DRIVES, suggesting gamers to use a Microsoft Intellimice and those fucking retarded computer x.1 speaker setups. Like I said, lots of holes.

How the hell did you come to the conclusion that I am cocky sob from a SYNOPSIS of the 5 most respected hardware review sites on the net?

Those recommendations are not MY personal opinion, they are gathered opinions of anandtech, tomshardware, hardocp, techreport, ars and others. If I happen to have personal experience with one of the items then of course I am going to be that much MORE in support of it.

I made the page because I had dozens of people constantly asking me for specific component advice for their needs and budgets. They all thought the "build" articles were lacking, as they still are.

So you can THINK whatever the fuck you want, but many people have appreciated the work I put into that page (granted it's EXTREMELY out of date now) to help them out, FOR NOTHING. I make no money, I no longer build systems. This is because I enjoy helping people.

So go back to your fucking corner and play some more Counterstrike you fucking gonzo.

Yes, I know, everyone is jealous.

Funny thing is that I always right at the top in any fps online i play, including BF2. I think part of the reason is that since I run at the very lowest settings it is just easier to see other players without all the shadows, foliage, etc.

You could have just bought the game and played it over here on the projector, since we used to have the 360 hooked up downstairs. It's temporarily with it's real owner now though.

Meh, the Noen haters are just cocky themselves. He knows his shit wether you like it or not or if you agree with him or not. He reccomended a top-of-the-line LCD to me that I'd of never heard of (the brand) if it wasnt for him. 4 years later and it's still the most shit hot monitor I've seen...

Granted the refresh (25ms) no longer keeps up with today's LCDs, but the LOOK of this one is just that impressive, and the quality of the picture is amazing. No dead pixels or anything.

So-- it's my opinion that his opinions are well-researched and based. You don't have to be a dick if you don't agree with someone, though, just add your own opinion and justify it.
