does anyone have a template for a contract of work i can use?

i want to get this in writing and have it be binding so i get paid regularly - what else should i do besides a contract?

Up front charge, 50% completion charge, Final completed charge.



I'd split it up like that, instead of hourly or "regularly"


That way if they fuck you towards the end, you've already gotten 2/3 of your money.

^^ but it's a long-term job with multiple projects

^ there were a lot of pay-sites - i didn't spend too much time looking
