codered and i are looking to rent out our 3rd bedroom

its a master bedroom with a private bath, large closet, and private door to the backyard. We have 2 dogs, a cat (maybe) and a gecko...so you must love animals. Rent is 325/mo plus 1/3 utilities. Washer/dryer included. Send me a PM if you are interested in coming to look at the house
