Here is the deal, I am wanting to move out so I can get my own place, and so is a roomie of mine. If someone takes over my lease I will give them $50 on the rent for the first month. Also, I just paid the rent, so if you move in immediately (well, I cannot move immediately, but I can move in a week or so), the rest of the month is free for you. I am not sure what deal he will offer you for taking over his lease, but if you are interested, I can give you his number so that you can call him to discuss the lease. You would not have to put down a deposit either, since the deposit that I put down on the place will transfer over to the new lessee. Bills are cheap here, ~80/month. This place has cable internet, cable with DVR and extra sports channels, roomies pretty clean, has washer/dryer and dishwasher, and it has a back patio. This lease will end in August.
