i had somebody come through my line when i worked at C20 that asked for 2 tickets to "under the tuscon sun". i tried not to laugh, but i did correct them in a "are you serious or retarded?" sort of manner.

i find that typing sc instead of cs is generally different than mixing up an entire region in italy with a city in arizona.
