is it possible to look up the feedback of a person who has a paypal account like u can do with ebay? i logged into paypal and couldnt find anything and also googled it but had no luck.

you can't leave feedback for a paypal account - so what makes you think you could look up something that doesn't exist

feedback does exist on paypal; but it is only able to be left by businesses from my understanding of what i read in their FAQ. that is what i want to try and see is that feedback from those businesses.

untrue. if you go to send them money it'll tell you how many verified transactions they had. it isnt a great measure of their reliability but it helps. you can then cancel before you submit the transaction. (i just do it with 1 cent to check on ppl for forum trades).
