T = 20C + 273 = 293K
P = 200kPa
R-he = 2.0769 m^3 kPa/kg * K
Volume = 4/3 pi r^3

a)
m=MN
N=m/M=37.17 kg / 4.003 kg/kmol

b)
PV=mRT
m=PV/RT
plug in all the values posted above in the knowns and thats your mass.
