you can look at Kutztown. It's in Berks County which is near Schuylkill County

Pottsville is kind of in the middle of nowhere between Harrisburg and Scranton. I'd say within 60-90 minutes away, aside from those mentioned before, you also have Bloomsburg, Susquehanna, and Albright. Bucknell is a little further away, along with those in Scranton and Wilkes-Barre.
