mov in may 14th ish may rent $200 and june and july $399 each, lease is up july 31. own bedrm and bathrm, shared living room, dining, kitchen, and laundry with one female, possibly a male or female as well (not sure if other roommate is subleasing). pool, work-out room, free tanning, shuttle to campus, car wash, game room. see my post on this tread titled "need somewhere to live this summer"

will also have 2 rooms available for summer rent - one will be available 1st of may (i will double check, but it believe it is $400 or $450/month), the other will be available around 13 May and is the same price. you would have one male roommate and one female roommate. It is a 2 story house (plus basement), literally 5 min walk to DH Hill library. Back deck, front porch, 2 car garage, huge basement with washer/dryer, living room, kitchen, cable, roadrunner, all that jazz.

If you are still interested in subleasing, I will have a room available in a 4br/4ba townhouse at University Suites. I am not sure what my other roommates plans are. I will hopefully be subleasing a room in a very nice townhouse in Trailwood Valley Townhomes starting around the middle of May. It's $380/month, but I'm willing to go lower if I can guarantee that someone will move in. There's 2 other female roommates in there who are extremely nice!
The roomies are fun and neat, and like to party away from the house. pm me if you're interested.

I have a room for rent with no lease required. No paperwork at all. You can rent(pay) week/week, or month/month.

Its $110 a wk utils included (if u do weekly I want a month up front)

-Roadrunner wireless
-Digital Cable in the room
-Big screen in LR with a DVR
-Broadband house phone with unlimited long dist
-Room the size of a converted garage. (already furnished with full size bed & entertainment center, can find a dresser & desk if you dont have one)

The beauty of this is that since I dont require a lease you can leave if the situation does not work out.

I'm looking to sublease a room in my 3bdrm/2bath fully furnished apt on
western blvd (directly across the street from campus). The apartment has
a washer/dryer and dishwasher. It's only 2 years old and will be
available as soon as exams are done in May until August. Rent is all inclusive
(electricity, water/sewage, premium cable, internet, parking, etc.) The
complex offers a pool, workout room, free tanning, and some other great
stuff too. rent would be negotiable.
