whenever i press F5 to refresh a page, it just flashes "Undo" on the screen and nothing happens. is there another key that functions as a refresh or do i have to configure it

theres probably another button somewhere that says F-Lock (probably above ESC)

press that

you have to press the F-lock button on the top row to get it to do regular F functions

the first light for "F" should light up when you do
