what are they all about?

here's my situation:

lost out of the the intial lottery, so in "Your Tickets" it still says that I claimed a ticket with my group leader, but the link isn't active to print it out. after campout I claimed/won/printed a ticket. yesterday ticket was gone when the system reloaded. I still have my ticket

now I get a voice mail from the ticket office saying that I need to give them a call about my ticket

i don't want to call them up and find out that my ticket is being taken from me

what should i do?

Worst case just scalp tickets. Costs more, but you get to go.

Your options are either,
1)Call, face whatever music there is.
2)Go, plead ignorance if they don't let you in, then scalp tickets.

You are OBVIOUSLY not doing number 1... So... Reasonably.... Your option is 2.

if you haven't already done so, PM me with specifics of your situation:

When did you request?
When did you claim?
When did you print? -- did you even print?
What is your Unity ID (mine is lahyde for example)
What is your seat number that you were assigned?

And I will handle you on a case by case basis...I can't do a mass thing, so bare with me. I will work through the night to get as many restored as possible...but do this IMMEDIATELY!
