Just had some work done to mine. Had to get a couple of the seals replaced as well as some gaskets. Do you already have the casing? How much would the gears cost?

There was a GREAT article in the most recent Jp magazine about re-gearing a D-300. Maybe it will be of assistance.

what do you define as cheap? there are quite a few on pirate for around a grand or so. found this one, no 4:1, but cheaper
