Yeah. Spartan is great. But David Mamet is a seasoned veteran, far more capable of just Spartan.

Saw it tonight on my buddy's DVR in between bball. Not too sure what i think about it. I like Dennis Haysbert and Robert Patrick, but Restricted is right it is like a DH for dudes.

Seems like each week they are going to go on some corny short mission while the only stories really developing will be at home with the women. I'll give it a few more shots before i make a final decision

yeah seriously it was awesome.

it better not end this way... i think Johnas is done though... i mean his commercial career ison the line. the insurance people are getting mad. Its hard to tell people to be safe when they see him jump out of a plane and shoot people. It just makes him look like a hypocrite.

The show definitely took a path that could make it seem to be series ender, I mean even they do pull back together they are setting the bar high the top this season.

Ok I get the feeling we are moving to an A-Team like show where they all become mercenaries. It seems like either the NSA or the CIA are the ones tightening the screws. It was definitely an excellent season finale. I am pretty sure CBS is bringing this back next season.

on another note did anybody notice who played Sgt Strickland it was none other than Randy "The Natural" Coture.

God I hope Mamet takes his wife of the show (Col Ryan's wife in the series), she grates on me for some reason.

Anyway, I look forward to watching reruns of the unit this summer as is my custom. During
the regular viewing season we watch House, although I'm tempted to change the channel because the Unit is just about a close to the A-Team as anything since. I miss that show. I don't care if it was predictable and nobody ever got shot despite the thousands of bullets per episode, it was just fun.

While we're at it lets bring back Airwolf and Nightrider sans Hasselhoff.
