Two rooms available, starting first week of June. Females please, and prefer upper classmen or graduate. Will be sharing house w/ 24/f
House: Gardner Street, about two blocks from campus
3 Bedroom house, across from Rose Garden. Two rooms available, w/ shared bathroom. Larger room: $315 Smaller Room: $285. One master bedroom that will be occupied. Utilities have never exceeded $150 per person, average $90 per person, including water, heat, electric, internet and cable. Full basement w/ washer and dryer. Living room, kitchen, dining room.
*Great Landlord, he grew up in the house, will fix any problems as soon as you call him.
*I'm allergic to cats, and smoking is only allowed outside.
I am working full time so, looking for someone that doesn't want to party too much during the week, but I don't care about it on the weekends!

you can go to wakegov.org, click, tax property and maps, then enter in 219 Gardner, to get a picture of the outside, as for room dimensions, I'm not sure what they are, I could try and get them. 2/24/2006 10:18:43 AM |
