I do not want to continue living where I am now. Where is a good, affordable, not too noisy but still social place that has a bathroom for each room? I would want to move in May.
Thanks 2/25/2006 10:34:00 PM |

http://www.thewolfweb.com/ad_click.aspx?ad=427 can steer you in the right direction.
It has current availabilities and future ones too, and shows them all to you on an integrated google map. 2/25/2006 11:38:44 PM |

^ I suggest just shortening that to a separate directory and shorter filename (i.e. ncsuliving.com/rates/NC_State.htm). make sure billy gets the advice...even though he never listens.

wow. I love how housing questions have just turned into people plugging their own sites...
attn robster-- when you message people, make sure your generic message applies to what they have posted. your PM to me was the equivalent of a nigerian buyer.
Are there any things that you are looking for other than a bathroom for each room? Number of bedrooms? Proximity to Wolfline? Age? etc... 3/2/2006 2:41:19 AM |

Sumter Square is ok, I liked it until our upstairs neighbors moved in. We had a 3 bedroom for $675 a month. It is on the CAT bus line. 3/2/2006 7:12:59 AM |

ya know, for as much shit as people give wolf creek...it's a pretty nice place to live. you get your own bathroom, you got a gym, free tanning, tennis volleyball and basketball courts and the best damn pool in raleigh. me and my roomates have had a pretty good experience here. we live in a 3 bedroom which is 410/month all inclusive and fully furnished which is also a godsend on movein day. 3/2/2006 9:03:19 AM |

How many rooms, and do you care about individual leases? There are plenty of affordable 2bd/2ba places that cater to mixed crowds, but for more bedrooms you are generally limiting yourself to student oriented places. NOT the College Inn. Noisy and not affordable. 3/2/2006 10:58:18 PM |

I'd like it to be close to NCSU. And Re: age... I am 21 ... I don't know if that answers the question.
Any more ideas? 3/3/2006 12:36:00 AM |
