I Renewed my lease at University House For August 2006-2007, and I cant live there now..I need somebody to either take over lease or sublease it from me beginning at that date...I will also let you take it over earlier, maybe june...Either way, I am willing to pay your application fee and your first months rent! The $429/month doesnt include the utility bill, usually with 3 people, mine is around 20 dollars, so i spend at the most $450-455 a month.

It is on the 2nd floor, but if u take over the lease, you can live anywhere, also, if you were to do this, you would have to live there a year, or get somebody to sublease it from you after you take over the lease....
