I'm looking for a professional female or grad student who would be interested in living in the North Raleigh area.
I don't really think there are many of those on this board these days...but, perhaps you might know someone who would be appropriate. If so, you could pass along the info, that would be super.
Anyhow, room has its own bathroom and walk-in closet, and is about 12.5'x13.5'.
As for me, I'm pretty easy to get along with if you can tolerate a moody bitch. Oh, and I'm pretty sarcastic too. But really....I think I am easy to live with...I just expect my property and privacy to be respected for the most part. I am a little moody, but who isn't? I have only been in one bad living situation in the last seven years and it certainly wasn't me that was the problem. Even so, the girl and I are still good friends...we just weren't good roommates.
I work normal hours, 9-530, and travel with work from time to time.
I'm asking for $500 a month -- but that includes utilities: electric, gas, cable, high-speed internet, and water.
I have a cat and ask that my new tenant not bring another animal into the house.
