I made a table for each function (conceptual, human relations, and technical).
On each table I had 3 columns: 1) KSAA's - I listed the various KSAA's that had to do with the particular function 2) Sources - wherever you got your KSAA's from (ex: courses, volunteering, work experience, etc.) 3) Description - Described how the KSAA and its source were related.
Also, for the KSAA column, I color-coded them according to competency level. I made a key so she knows which color is exposure, which is experience, and which is expertise.
Just to let you know, A LOT of people are really confused about this assignment and feel that it is pretty vague. I figure she'll be happy with what you give her as long as it's apparent that you spent some time on it.
FYI - Some people included a short narrative to go along with charts. I was running close to deadline so I didnt include that, but it may be a good thing to add.
