i used to have a 93 eclipse gsx back in high school. it was a complete pos (i ripped the front bumper off on a speed bump and had to duct tape it back on) but so fun to drive.

^^ 2000+ Eclipses had a GT & GTS trim

I'm guessing he means GST for 96-99

why 96-00? Does he want a 2nd gen eclipse? otherwise those are from 95-99. Also talon makes those years too and are pretty much exactly the same. GT's have the v6 in them but all of the 95-99's are I-4. RS, GS are n/a 2.0l I-4 while GST and GSX are turbo 2.0l I-4. There are even covertable eclipses, spyder, that are in GS and GST form. engine is either a 2.0 or 2.4l.

Hey gunguy, my mom has a rusty red 2000 Eclipse GT that she has talked about selling. It has 81000 miles and is in pretty good shape. It's got cold air intake on it and runs good. Only thing is its an automatic. Give me a break though, it is a woman's car.

yeah, tell him that getting a dsm as a DD isn't the best of ideas. They break often and usually at the same time every month.
