I am moving into a house in June but my lease at U Suites runs til August. If anyone is interested in taking over the lease in June til August or even longer, let me know. Also if you already know you are moving into University Suites in the fall this would be a great way to guarantee having an apartment near the front. There are also other rooms open in this apartment so if you and a friend wanted to move in together it wouldn't be a problem. Rent is $435 and includes all utilities etc.
