Whenever I do ctrl alt delete, the window pops open, but only the processes window. There are no tabs at the top like there normally should be to switch to applications or performance and whatever the other tap says. Anybody know how to get it back to normal?

double click on the top of the window.

or anywhere in the blankspace--like next to the "end process" button.
