I currently live at University Woods which is off of Trailwood and I am moving out in May. I live with 3 other NC State girls. The rent is $250.00 and water is included. Each room has its own bathroom and a walk-in closet. The Apartment complex is close to campus and is on the CAT bus route. Also, the security deposit has already been paid.
