The guy next to me at work is a big UT fan so we talk about this quite a bit... he and I both think that UT is going to fall on their face the next to years (not losing record or anything, just barely making the tourney and such). Just one of those deals where their is so much overachievement in year one and the scales swing back the other way. He thinks Pearl is coaching at State after year three at UT.

hmmm, I dont see that at all, because I think recruiting will only go up... I mean, for next year, they already have a top 15 class which is VERY rare at UT... UT also has the biggest or second biggest on campus bball arena ('Cuse might be #1) so the revenue will only go up from here.... however, I do realize that they are about 2-3 years ahead of schedule so who knows

Are we really a step-up from Tennessee? I mean with their arena and facilities they are right there with us if not higher. Thompson-Boiling Arena holds about 22,000 if Im not mistaken.
