Currently $300 a month, one bedroom in 4-bedroom condo at University Glen (Collegeview Apartments, by Preiss Company), water is covered by Preiss; power, cable and internet divided 3 ways, all told usually under $65 a month. Washer, dryer, appliances, cooking utensils and dishes are all in place. Available from Spring exam time to the fall semester in mid-August

We'd like for you to meet the other mates if you're interested. The apartment is clean and relatively quiet, but we aren't neat freaks or recluses. It's a friendly place, open to compromise. We'll probably invite you to eat or hang out more than once before your time here is through.
