I just got evicted by Ivy Chase apartments for having dogs, and i have to be out by april 1st. I'm trying to find someone who wants to sublease immediatly. rent is 450 a month, for everything (including cable). it's on the first floor and is adjacent to the pool/carwash/volleyball court area. if they're evicting you, you shouldn't have to find someone to sublease


they're effectively breaking your lease... you're not bound to any terms set forth after that

well if the lease says no pets and he has pets he is in breech of the lease agreement.

yea if u violate the terms of a lease they can terminate your right to possess the apartment without terminating your lease...therefore you cannot live there anymore but you are still responsible for the remaining terms of your lease

Well if you are looking for a place to stay after you move out I have a room open. Based on your photo gallery I think you would get along with me & dave. The only thing that sucks about my townhouse is parking, but if you live at Ivy Chase you should be accustomed to that. You wont have to sign a lease term or anything it will basically be month to month. (both parties can terminate with 30 days notice)

What kind of dogs do you have?
