This townhouse is a little over 1 year old – so it is practically brand new! Located in a really convenient North Raleigh spot – you can get to the Beltline in 5 minutes. NCState is maybe 20 minutes, figuring in traffic. This place would be perfect for graduate students, or graduating students looking to be closer to work.
The layout is great! There are 2 bedrooms, each with an attached full bath, on the 3rd floor. The laundry room is also on the 3rd floor.
