i cant find anything to get rid of this. let someone borrow the computer and now i got this. all the spyware programs will delete it but it will come right back. i need to find it in the registry and delete it. i know its windows/system32/zlbw.dll

haha, I just found this same thing on my computer! still havent figured out how to delete it. Keeps causing Explorer to freeze. Spybot wont work. I am in safe mode right now and deleted it, but havent restarted yet, but it will probably come back. so, i need help to.

sometimes the file name is zlbw.dll_tobedeleted

disable system restore, boot up in safe mode, run removal progs and restart.

done that, hasn't worked

Spybot will remove everything when in safe mode, but then in regular mode it finds something else and can't remove it.

In the right pane, delete the values:

"wupd" = "%System%\symcsvc.exe"
"aupd" = "%System%\sysvcs.exe"
