imo one of the best radio rock bands ever. i enjoy all of their albums however colour and the shape is still my favorite by far. dave grohl is just a solid songwriter

I saw them live once and as an encore, dave and taylor came out to do a dual drum session and as dave went to hit the high hat to count it off he snapped his fucking stick on the very first connection and it went flying into the crowd. that's how hard that fucker hits those skins.

they were definitely rowdy. this was years ago. I wouldn't want to see a set of their new stuff. kinda like weezer. good thing I saw weezer three times before they sucked.
