There are some for rent by Valentine Properties... They own a bunch back there.

I dont know whether or not they rent out the whole entire house, or if the houses are big and divided up or what...

^ I looked into valentine, but they don't nkow about their August Rentals yet. More or less I'd like to secure a place now, and at this point I'd be willing to pay someone if they are living in a place they know theyre moving out of by next semester, and it turns out to be a success.
