i need to tell my sister what to expect so she doesnt get taken advantage of at the shop. im thinking around $300?

just to replace? Paint? any other damage?

a normal shop will charge around $250 for the bumper, $300 for paint and install.

well the front left corner is cracked and scratched, the fender has a scratch but the bumper if the only thing she cares about (and not even because of how it looks but it drags the ground)

so we need a bumper of the same color installed

see if you can find one at a junkyard
will cost you a hell of alot less than a new one + painting

Check Certifit for a new bumper cover and beam. You should be able to get one right damn cheap.

I'd charge $150 to paint and install. However, I don't guarantee the color to be absolutely perfect, just real damn close.
