TWW NEWS CREW!!!!

I walk outside with my dog and there's two cop cars in the street (Kings Court) and a DEA agent standing outside my next door neighbor's door. I get across the road, look up and the mattress in the upstairs bedroom is leanin up on a wall and theres cops in the room. Mexican busto de drogas, amigo.

Most excitement of my night.

So why would they put up signs that say, "U-Turn must yield" if they always had to? Because those signs are only at intersections where the people turning right have a protected right turn at the same time.

a right on red does NOT have the right of way over a u-turn.
a right on a green right arrow DOES have the right of way over a u-turn.

I know - and the intersection that this guy described, on western, has that "u-turn must yield"

I thought you meant in general.

Since you said right on red had the right of way. Which is never, ever the case.

At that intersection, the cop was not turning right on red.

Gorman crossing is about as getto as they come. I lived there a few years back when I first moved to Raleigh. I lived at the end of kings court too. Had to move out when Indians moved in next door to me. My neighbors kept complaing about the rats to the property management and they would do nothing. Finally they caught one in a live trap and took it to the office. Damn thing was as big as a opossum. I even remember the police shooting a guy there one night when he was assulting his exgirlfriend.
