what pisses me off is the infrequency during the month of enforcement. it was at ut, and i've parked there before for a couple of minutes, and seen cars parked there for hours before and never ticketed/towed.

then at the end of the month, they have to fill their quota bc they slacked during the month. gay shit.

p.s. can't park in the parking decks bc my jeep is too tall to fit, and there were no other spots, hadn't been a problem parking in the handicapped b4 but i won't do it again.
