My house is at the end of trail wood drive. The room comes with its own bathroom. rent, 250 a month plus cable and electric split 4 ways. We have a hot tub and an outside bar. great party house.

You would think. But we have increased the property value probably by 5 or 6 thousand dollars since we ve been here. It was a shit hole but we spent about 2 months working on it to make itnice. We'll be seeing all our deposit i hope.
