The apartment has a large living room with brand new hardwood flooring and a full kitchen. There is a washer and a dryer in the apartment. It also has a porch with a fine view of the woods. There is a sand volleyball area, basketball courts, and a pool for your pleasure. Parking is free. Lake Johnson is right across the street and I definitely enjoyed taking walks there in the afternoon! I am a current tenant and need to move out for family related reasons. The 3 other tenants (Richard, James, and Kevin) are friendly and are top-notch apartment mates. I am, however, in an urgent bind and need to move out as quickly as possible. The apartment is available immediately. Rent is just $275/month and its a cool place!
