A chain works best but there's no way I'd spend that much money to protect patio furniture. Just go to lowes and get 10 yards of the cheapest cable, crimp that shit into a loop on both ends and slap a padlock on it.
I've cut through 1/2" thick security cable used to secure trailer axles and chains.(employee lost the key). Of course I used a $1000 dimond saw. 4/4/2006 8:12:03 PM |

Are you trying to secure the grill so it won't fly away in storms and stuff?
Or are you trying to keep it from getting stolen?
And are big ass chains really that pricey, Pyro?
My advice is to just secure it however you want. If someone comes with some of these:
Then they probably aren't leaving without the grill.
Just secure it enough so that drunk kids won't get any ideas and lift it.
After that, there's nothing you can do besides maybe getting insurance on the thing...
