so im with a buddy of mine in a new gto. say he gets pulled for street racing by some cops. anything happen to me? on one hand, i bet its arguable that i wasnt the one driving, but at the same time, is it guilt by association?

all i can think about is when those high speed chases end up on tv, the passangers always get shoved to the ground too....

just curious. figured that alot of times, cops tend to get you for technicalities. (say, some stupid law that no one ever hears about until there getting slammed for it)

wondered if anyone ever had any experience with something like that or so

this is all stipulation...

if you were to go to a street race meeting (IE: lots of cars, lining the streets, organized races, etc) then everyone there would be guilty.

if you are just in the car and some one baits him on the highway and they run for a little bit and then get pulled, he'd probably get a ticket and you'd get nothing but some strong words from the cop.

If you were holding up a video camera, then I'd think they'd give you shit for that. But I don't think they can do shit. Its not illegal to be holding a video camera in a car...
