My sister apparently didn't understand that displays are measured diagonally rather than horizontally, and ordered this 12' sleeve for her 14.1' iBook. Not surprisingly, it didn't fit. Apple says these are good for both iBook and PowerBook, but the comments / reviews on the linked page make it pretty clear that the 12' PowerBook does not fit well. This is perfect for the 12' iBook, though. Provides protection for the laptop within a bookbag or briefcase not specifically designed for laptops. Neon green felt interior.

Well, judge for yourself based on the comments at the link. There are different PowerBook models, and it's not clear what versions they're referring to. You're welcome to try before you buy.

I don't know The Coz, but I do know that this sleeve is awesome. I have one for my 15 inch Powerbook and *love* it. It provides some protection for my laptop (mostly from the other things in my bag, things wandering in, etc - like any sort of laptop holder I don't fling it across the room in it) and lets me get away with carrying an innocuous looking messenger bag rather than something huge and bulky that clearly screams "I have an expensive laptop on me!".

It's that cool folks. I paid far more than $15 for mine.
