Audiovox makes a universal cruise control setup...sells for about 100 bucks or so. Advance and Autozone can get it for you.

I'm pretty confident I or one of the other garage rats can install it for you. In fact, I'm seriously contemplating getting one for my truck and possibly one for my dad's.
