I just moved into a sweet house that has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The house is located on oleander road off of lake wheeler close to farmer's market. There are currently 3 guys living there now and we are needing a 4th roommate to sign a year to year lease. The room is available now. rent is $400 and includes everything. the house is really nice with a nice backyard. The house has an upstairs and a downstairs which makes for a really nice setup. Everything in the house is fairly new and works perfectly. Pets are negotiable with land lord. Land lord is really cool and helpful.
