rooms available at house on the corner of everett ave and chamberlain. one block from harris teeter and rose garden, three blocks from campus. rooms available in may, june, and july. rent is normally $350/month plus a portion of utilities, but we are willing to pay $100 out of pocket to make the place more attractive. so $250/month plus utilities. feel free to come by and check the place out. pm for contact info. oh yeah, there is also a bar inside, washer/dryer, and as of last week a dish washer finally.

i will be in it until the very end of may, the roommate that is keeping the house in the fall will be in and out so his room isnt available.

one of the perks is on site parking, you dont have to worry about getting an A pass or finding a place for a friend to park.
