This ones for the ladies,

I used to go to HCX in cameron village during my internship, but they're flat out too expensive when i'm not earning $texas.

Looking for somewhere that can do a good medium-length haircut layers n all and decent dye job without costing a small fortune (not looking for cheap, per se, just a good/reasonable price).

Anyone got recommendations?
