"not dark yet" from bob dylan's time out of mind is pretty good.

This thread is kind of weird.

I mean, the other two, we're talking about a song that's better than everything else.

I could list a ton of albums where most of the songs are good, as long as track seven is also good. But that seems kind of stupid.

por ejemplo:
Belle and Sebastian's "A Space Boy Dream" on The Boy with the Arab Strap
CYHSH's "Is This Love" on the self-titled joint
The Decemberists' "Grace Cathedral Hall" on Castaways and Cutouts (shit, this album needs to go in the last track thread like whoa) and "16 Military Wives" on Picaresque
Destroyer's "A Dangerous Woman Up to a Point" on Rubies
The Fiery Furnaces' "Smelling Cigarettes" on EP
Islands' "Jogging Gorgeous Summer" on Return to the Sea
Jens Lenkman's "Rocky Dennis' Farewell Song" on Oh You're So Silent Jens

That gets me through half of the alphabet on the full albums I have here at work.

imo,

fits the description of an album where track 7 is the best song.

i like the Cake album where "I will survive" is number 7

also on Mason Jennings "Use your voice", the "Ballad of Paul and Sheila" is number 7 and it is the best!

Coldplay - X&Y - "Speed of Sound"
Counting Crows - This Desert Life - "Colorblind"
311 - 311 - "Misdirected Hostility"
Common - Like Water For Chocolate - "The Questions"
Jeff Buckley - Grace - "Lover, You Should Have Come Over" (Though this probably the best on the album, so sue me... Buckley is was the man)

I saw this thread and instantly thought of "Christmas", track 7 from The Who's masterpiece Tommy.
